I think it's safe to assume that if anyone's ever been printed by a government agent (military,police,etc) it's reasonable to assume that those prints are available to any government agent who wants them.

I haven’t seen any reward announced, but I’m beginning to think it would take a pretty big reward to get most any innocent bystander to speak up on behalf of someone who is likely a sex slave. The consensus seems to be that it’s okay, with various excuses given for this attitude.
