So if a muslim soldier was buried in a veterans cemetery and requested the Islamic crescent on his headstone, that would be considered a government endorsement of Islam. What would happen if the governor refused to take it down? Would the US Marshals arrest him? Just for once, I would like to see someone say NO to these types of illegitimate rulings. MAKE the Court of Appeals come tear it down themselves.
