I suffer from Mental illness and stopped seeing psychologist years ago when I figured out that most of them would mess me up even more if I listened to them...I am very distrusting of the field after 35 years of being a client of serval clinicians. a few time the person I was dealing with seemed to me to have issues that made treating me with therapy problematic.
I gave re-uptake inhibitors a try
