Trump on Fire! Twitterstorm
Twitter ^ | now | The President

Posted on 10/29/2017 7:34:49 AM PDT by dontreadthis

Never seen such Republican ANGER & UNITY as I have concerning the lack of investigation on Clinton made Fake Dossier (now $12,000,000?),.... ...the Uranium to Russia deal, the 33,000 plus deleted Emails, the Comey fix and so much more. Instead they look at phony Trump/Russia,.... ..."collusion," which doesn't exist. The Dems are using this terrible (and bad for our country) Witch Hunt for evil politics, but the R's... ...are now fighting back like never before. There is so much GUILT by Democrats/Clinton, and now the facts are pouring out. DO SOMETHING!

Can’t he appoint an acting AG when senate in recess?

He could ALSO fire Rosenstein. I honestly think he should, and he’d have plenty of cause to do so, namely the Uranium One coverup.

AND... I’m not sure the Senate would block a new AG for very long.

The threat to do so was to STOP Trump from firing Sessions.

However, once or if he does anyway, I don’t think they’d leave DOJ headless for spite. That could very well back fire politically for them.

“What would be the consequence of Trump naming his own special prosecutor for Uranium-1?”

Everyone would say it was illegal, including his own DOJ.

Of course it would be LEGAL.

POTUS can make anyone a Prosecutor he damn well pleases.

Still, DOJ and Congress would freak out.

“Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to drain the swamp. Let your Congressmen know that you want action NOW!”

It’s FAR more important than the tax hike they are working on!

Let’s consider something. You’re appointed to head the FBI. Before long you realize how dirty and powerful the people are who appointed you. Way to powerful for you to go up against. You look at the next election and for as you can see in the future the corruption will continue and people even more evil will be in power. Your choice is do what you’re told or face arkancide.

Then a miracle happens and a man is elected you’re willing to help take down the power.

Hey, I’m just grabbing at straws.

I pray to God you’re right, Larry!

RodGuy911 is over on my Sunday Talk Show thread praising your wisdom on this, and he is an extremely accurate FReeper. FReeper Kabar also was saying the same as you last week on the thread.

He could slide Kris Kobach over to AG, who tamed the EPA in four months.

We did something, we elected you to lock her up. Now YOU do something, like lighting a fire under Sessions or firing him

Yup, you might get the idea that POTUS doesn't know he's in charge of all this. Whether by design or reality, these tweets don't do a whole lot for his image. Better to look like you're the hunter than the hunted, IMHO.

firing sessions puts rosenstein as #1. senate won’t confirm another ag for months

It's my understanding that Pres. Trump could reassign Sessions laterally - say to HS - and immediatley put in someone who has already been vetted, into the job? Senate would have no say?

If you’re right .... and I hope you are ....., if Mulehead can get a ‘pitbull bite’ on the Podestas, I don’t see them as being the types to take a hit for the Clintons. They both have nice lives and have accumulated wealth/power .... both (John in particular) should know that the Clintons will throw anybody to the wolves to save themselves, including the Podestas.

Not sure Mulehead, if can get the Podestas in a bind & implicating others, would further pursue the Clintons. If the indictments do involve the Podestas, then I think HillBilly might start to worry a bit. Right now, I don’t think Hilly, in particular, thinks there’s a man in this country who has the brass ones to indict her for anything because she’s gotten away with EVERYTHING since the Arkansas days.
