The team owners and mangers better seize control of their team members soon, or the team member will seize control from them. It will be similar to many colleges of today where the loud and rowdy students get to call all the shots.

Soon, they will begin trying to make certain owners sell their teams to ‘approved’ minority owners. People like Magic Johnson, people like Kaepernick.

The owners are trying to get a little bit pregnant. Imagine if McNair had doubled down on his statement. Then said that any player that didn't like it would be granted a release from contract if they wanted to leave but if they stayed they would stand AND sing or be benched. I'd be SRO at every Houston game and the merch would fly off the shelves.
The owners and Goodell aren’t much smarter.
