Exactly. Make them live by the rules they want.

This is NPR? Pro-feminist NPR has gropers working there? That is shocking

Statute of limitations applies to the justice system. It has no relevance to the thread topic.

You not only displayed your ignorance, you shouted it out to the whole world. Nice work!

I am so happy these freaks in Hollywood have something to occupy their time.
They can stay out of the way while the normal, intelligent people can concentrate on the real problems and solutions to heal our country from the eight years of virtual imprisonment.
I’m an optimist.

Well, the NPR / Times guy in question is being suspended, and may lose his job, due to allegations from 20 years ago.

And ... at this time, there is precious little forensic evidence: the law is too coarse-grained an instrument to address this particular case.

An unwanted tongue in the mouth is *wrong*: leaving it ambiguous as to whether "going further" is or was a requirement for employment is worse; BUT -- there are women who sleep their way to the top, as female blogger JudgyBitch tells us: so the blame is not all on predatory males -- lots of women who are trying to succeed on the merits, get left behind by office sluts.

It is further complicated by the fact that, a woman having sex with a higher ranking man in the office, can at any time, retroactively withdraw consent and claim harassment: whether over being jilted, or by his finally declining to advance her career one *more* time.

Thus *ahem* screwing over EVERYONE but herself.

The only way to stop this, is to stop ALL sex / flirtation in the office, except that where the pair are in a legitimate, everyone knows about it, relationship.

And humor columnist Dave Barry has covered that one, but I can't find a good link right now...

That’s why I chose to be hatched.

That poor baby. Perhaps you should write NPR and discuss the unfainess of their employee rules of conduct.

in this piece, NPR admit knowing of a complaint in 2016...

by David Folkenflik
Meanwhile, a current NPR employee is going public with her account of filing a formal complaint with the network’s human resources division in October 2015. Rebecca Hersher says she considers the incident less severe but nevertheless felt it crossed a line and made her uncomfortable...

I'm not particularly sorry for the guy; but I *am* concerned that the Title IX Star Chambers / Witch Hunts of sexual harassment on college campuses are moving into the wider culture: factual innocence is not a defense.

This way to Hell via the Gulag.

The concept of Statute of Limitations is common knowledge to all but the low-information types.

Again you show your ignorance, albeit in a normal tone of voice.

The purging of Confederate memorials sets an important precedent with respect to these more recent social norm violators. ALL publications by these recent vulgarians should be withdrawn and their awards and accolades should be rescinded. The Hollywood cesspool is ground zero, but the media looks like the gene pool. This will likely bite hard soon in Ivy League academia.

Yes, and letting these Hollywood and MSM hot shots off the hook is not going to put a dent in that since they were instrumental in pushing it in the first place.

Making every one of these pukes live by the standards they imposed on their targets is what is going to do it in.

What’s wrong with good old fashioned shame, scorn and ridicule?

It's ONLY applied to men.

Ever hear "You CAN'T JUDGE ME!!" ... from a man?

Sluts should be shamed; women are conformists, and allowing the worst women to get away with it, undermines other womens' morals.

Why the recent spate of harassment allegations are against only progressives? Without an exception.

Exactly. Hollywood, media and academia are joined at the hip. If one crumbles, the others will join them. They’re on the ropes in a way I haven’t seen before.

I call it Winning!

This is all so wonderful.

At work, men should only engage in a personal manner with women by asking them to go somewhere away from the workplace not on work time. And only if they aren’t the woman’s boss.

No more sexual touching at work.

“It’s ONLY applied to men.”

So? These men are big players in Hollywood, media and academia, as well as being friends of Bill and Crooked Hillary. As such they are very influential in shaping the culture. They are instrumental in all of the feminist ills you mention in your posts. Let them be hoist on their own little petards.

This is great theater, btw. I am looking forward to a steady stream of leftist hypocrites being forced to humiliate themselves before the cameras. Get your popcorn!
