1. They need to slam the electronic system DOWN, asap, so there are no more incoming applications because: "...the lottery drawing, the application must be received between October 3, 2017, and November 7, 2017." Kill this program pronto and forbid any more applications from being accepted over the next 7 days. No applicants = No lottery.
2. Any citizens of all countries with the exception of the following were deemed eligible: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, South Korea, & United Kingdom.
3. Applications should be considered on the Merit base, not these lame requirements: "possess either a high school diploma (or its equivalent) or have two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation that requires, at a minimum, two years of training or experience." (Two years training in explosives is what we get!)
4. Note there is NO requirement of literacy for this immigration program.
