If it wasn't for the fact that it would spread and it is the common everyday peasant that would be effected, I'd be all for the collapse. China deserves it.

If it wasn't for the fact that it would spread and it is the common everyday peasant that would be effected, I'd be all for the collapse. China deserves it. I agree, but don't the prevailing winds mostly blow to the east? Isn't that why we get China's industrial fallout?
