Four police officers have been indicted by a grand jury on charges ranging from attempted murder to official misconduct for their roles in a high-speed chase that left an innocent man critically injured.
The aftermath of the June 4 crash was caught on video and showed at least one Jersey City police officer apparently kicking 28-year-old Miguel Feliz when he emerged from his burning vehicle.
Four of the officers involved - MD Khan, Eric Kosinski, Francisco Rodriguez, and Lt. Keith Ludwig - have been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the indictments, officials said.

Was this the case where the police arrested a nurse for refusing to do a blood test on the unconscious man who police hit and was not related to the chase they were in?
Just re read the story and it does not seem to be the same.
5 points for guessing Officer Khan's first name. 10 points for religion.
no this was Jersey City in early June
Yep, they chased him all the way from Jersey to Utah so they could attack the nurse there.
you KNOW it has to be bad for unpaid leave, almost unheard of

I forgot where the nurse incident happened. Sounds like similar innocent driver hit in a police chase.
Many times all the police get when a bad one does this is unpaid leave.
Omar or Mohamed? ROP?
With Khan being a good clue, I’d be really surprised if he wasn’t Mohammend the Mohammadan.
That does’t explain Eric Kosinski and Keith Ludwig.
Salt Lake City, totally different scenario.
I seem to recall there being a video of this out there. If memory serves me, the idiot who fled from the cops crashed and caught on fire.
The cops apparently punched and kicked him while he was trying to put out the fire.
While I can understand that adrenaline from a high-speed pursuit can make a person do crazy things, there really is no excuse for what they did to the guy.
No sure if attempted murder is an appropriate charge, though.

The guy who caught on fire and was kicked by the cops is innocent. He was not the guy they were pursuing.
“The guy who caught on fire and was kicked by the cops is innocent. He was not the guy they were pursuing.”
I only saw one guy kicking, but what in the world was he thinking? Did he think it was Pinkston?
They were just trying to put out the fire.
Reminds me of someone named Hussein, who's middle name shall not be spoken of.
