If Podesta goes, so does Hillary.
“former GOP congressman” = Boehner or Cantor?
I guess we can’t be THAT lucky!
Dominos are falling faster...
Is this a leak?
Vin Weber. Did he go down in the House post office or House bank scandal?
Since when was it your job Mueller to investigate anything other than “collusion” between Trump and Russia? How about investigating the real collusion when you headed the FBI? This whole affair is a sad joke on Sessions for recusing himself in deference to the RATS to land his position. Sessions is feckless, worthless.
Weber is considered one of the most prominent strategists in the Republican Party, serving as a top advisor on Dole for President in 1996, the Bush reelection campaign in 2004, and Romney for President in 2008. Weber also serves as chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy, a private, nonprofit organization designed to strengthen democratic institutions around the world through nongovernmental efforts. He is a senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota, where he is co-director of the Policy Forum. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Institute for Law and Politics at the University of Minnesota Law School and the nonprofit America Abroad Media. Weber is a board member of several private-sector and nonprofit organizations, including ITT Educational Services, Department 56, and the Aspen Institute. He also serves on the board of The Council on Foreign Relations and co-chaired the Independent Task Force on U.S. Policy toward Reform in the Arab World with former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. In addition, Weber is a member of the U.S. Secretary of Energy's Advisory Board.
Weber was against a Donald Trump presidency, telling CNBC: "I can't imagine I'd remain a Republican if he becomes president."
F#%& him, and good riddance. He's a Swamp Creature through and through.
This thing might just take an amusing sudden turn. :)
p
And this is the AP!
Explains why Podesta has been screaming like a stuck piglet.
K Street!
...which would *really* be draining the swamp.
Democrat influence buying scandal.
They pushed this because they believed Russia would bring down Trump.
Instead, its backfiring on them as high-ranking Democrats are being ensnared by Mueller’s probe.
Won’t take them long to demand Trump fire him. Somewhere, Trump is laughing his ass off at their plight.
Revenge is a dish best served cold.
Vin Weber and Tony Podesta are opposite ends of the same swamp.
we’re not supposed to know what the grand jury is doing....so this is an unlawful leak
Manafort is a piker, Podesta knows where the real dirt is.
If you turn over a Podesta rock you might start finding pedophile/pederast snakes.
FBI agents also expressed interest in the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, which produced a 2012 report used to justify the jailing of an opposition politician in Ukraine.
As LS points out on his twitter site - Whose FBI agents are these? Sessions?
The good news: still no sign of Trump involvement, or real mention of his name in the article.
The bad news: all the Freepers insisting this means Hillary is going down, when there’s no sign of that either.
Summary: Mueller’s investigation still looks to be a total waste.
Wouldn’t it be great if in the end we found out Mueller was actually on the side of doing the right thing by draining the swamp the best he could with the tools he had?
Pretty sure President Trump would be left unscathed but I’m not so sure his son in law Kushner would be. His leftist bent may be his downfall. Sadly it would probably get Ivanka dirty too which I would not like simply because she is Trump’s daughter and Trump asked her to help. Kushner too probably but not the way he/they did.
