If I were an employer, I would seriously consider not hiring both men and women. It’d be an either or proposition. I certainly would avoid having them work together. Not worth the trouble. I’m sure a more crafty employer could figure out a way to make it work without appearing unfairly discriminatory.

A friend of mine works at a small tech company and they were told by their lawyers, in no uncertain terms, that the moment you hire your first woman, you will have lawsuits - SO DO NOT HIRE ANY WOMEN.

The company was small enough to not be bothered by big brother, so they could pull this off. The reason for the warning was the behavior of the guys...not exactly professional (LOL).
