I certainly hope you are right! But my understanding of Virginia is the Northern part of the State sinks the vote elsewhere. Just not sure about turnout tomorrow...
My sense is most of nova is kind of burned out from last year and all the Trump news. I don’t really sense the same intensity from successful Democrat statewide elections. I live in nova and almost forgot the election was this week while I was away. Got in an absentee ballot before I left though.

I think the dreary weather will have more of an impact than the Libertarian candidate. I hope the Dims up here in northern Virginia are still so depressed by last year’s result that the damp cold will keep them away.
The Richmond area and Hampton rds aren’t as conservative as they used to be either. In the Richmond area more liberal voters have moved in the last 7 or 8 years. Chesterfield the biggest county, a suburb of Richmond was not long ago comfortable Gop, last presidential election was about 50-50. Henrico the other large county around Richmond, is easily a winner for the dems now. It’s been that way maybe 15 or 20 years there.
