Their Beverly Hills store is a star. First time I went, the car attendants were dressed all in white with white baseball hats ... all bounding around with youthful energy. You are accompanied to the elevator .... then met by another attendant with great enthusiasm when your elevator reached your desired floor. You are coddled at every turn.

That would drive me nuts. I don't even shop at stores where they ask you what you need the moment you walk in the door. This sounds ten times worse.

Let me just browse until I find what I'm looking for. That's all I ask. If I can't find it in a reasonable length of time, I'll let someone know.
