Voting on my way home. I didn’t get out of the house early enough today. I live in a pretty red county so we’ll see if what Morris is apparently feeling translates to me.
But it’s Hudson, Essex and Camden that worry me.

Republicans were stupid to nominate a female in NJ. A strong male figure like Trump or Christie would be leading comfortably, instead of trailing badly.

That’s because we pay 15k plus in property taxes and are losing that deduction. Even the Dems are watching their pocket book.

It almost seems like a presidential election,
Take it FWIW, but in my very Republican district in NoVA, that was the exact thing I said to several others in line (who agreed). I have never seen a line in a non-Presidential election, and there were at least 1 1/2 dozen people in line at 10 AM. Roughly about what it was a year ago, at the exact same time.

It’s raining on Northam’s parade.

Kim will get Sussex County, of course.

Even many Democrats in New Jersey know that there’s something highly dysfunctional about a state where sound retirement planning is built on a strategy for getting the hell out as soon as you retire.

Nice chilly rain in Northern VA ... Let’s hope the POC don’t turn out for the other guy ...

Common sense tells you that Demonrats will fare poorly on any cold, rainy, election day.
The welfare leeches they depend on to vote aren’t going to stand in the cold rain at the bus stop to vote for white people that they hate.
The Republicans in the burbs have nice heated SUVs to drive to the polls.

Plus, according to the VA democratic candidate, Republicans are on the road anyway, because those minority kids aren't going to run over themselves.

Actually I made this prediction back after the latino ad came out... that ad was the GIFT that Gillespie needed... it would do for him the one thing he could never do on his own... Motivate the new MAGA voters to show up and vote for him....
Before that, this race IMHO was a D hold, but a slight one.. 1-3 points... I expect the R to win by 2-4 at this point.
Time will tell.
