He lied on his 4473. Several times. Mental health, felony conviction, domestic violence conviction, bad conduct discharge ... That's Perjury. A felony. He should go prison for that ... (Oh. Wait. That's OBE.)
His NICS check should have come back DENIED. Would have, if USAF hadn't screwed the pooch.
