Rush is talking about Donna Brazile motives for a misdirection play.

Here’s a theory. This is all leading up to Clinton heading up the DNC. One thing the Clinton’s can do is raise serious bucks and for Clinton she can become king maker which should feed her ego. If they don’t do this, Clinton will never go away.
