The point of going into Iraq was that we had no intel because Iraq threw the inspectors out.
And Iraq had failed to present a verifiable dossier as was a condition of the cease fire.
And Iraq had failed to return some 903 Prisoners of War from their invasion of Kuwait as required by the cease fire and were allowed to get away with that by 2 presidents while they languished and some died.
And Iraq was outsourcing its programs to Syria and Libya.

My son’s unit, 299th Army Engineers MRB, found new Soviet bloc chemical suits during patrolling operations east of Hindaya (on the east bank of the Euphrates River whose bridge they helped capture on 4/03/2002). After conducting Ribbon Bridge construction/similar to pontoons, for lighter vehicles, 299th soldiers went out and captured hundreds of surrendering regular Iraqi soldiers as well as to find and mark Iraqi weapons bunkers.

Even with my somewhat limited knowledge and experience w/ Photoshop and photo/document editting.. I was ~99% certain that both Obama Birth Certificates were indeed forgeries. The public should be aware and reminded of this fact.

A survey of the characters throughout this document does not manifest that such great variations of the text or font arise because of the ribbon.
Some Obots have shown somewhat dramatic character variations by resampling the text at varying, lower resolutions, but in those forays, differing resolution is cleary the operative alternation by virtue of their resized samplings, which says nothing about a single, high resolution capture at a resolution entirely sufficiently finely resolved to capture all of the more subtle differences as we see here. Their claims are not the case here, as this is one high resolution extraction (provided by BHO's supporters if not employees)--the single, highest resolution extraction (version of the document) known to exist, not a selection of varying-resolution extractions or resamplings.
Similarly for the 's', a different portion of ribbon would not account for any of the major differences we see in this case. There would not be anything in a ribbon to account for either a rectangularizion of the upper right in the one 's' while yielding a rounded upper right portion of the other. The same is valid for the lower-left curling back on itself, then all of a sudden not.
