“The plea deal… went down from 30 years to 20 years and I don’t want the 20 years. I want the 30 years,” Walcott demanded from his wheelchair. “I want the plea deal that was first offered.”

“I’m quite concerned about your mental ability to move forward,” [Judge] Bethancourt told Walcott.

“I’m concerned about your mental ability to judge this case,” Walcott fired back. “Get me out of this courtroom and take me downstairs.”

“I’m concerned about your mental ability to judge this case."

Hell that sums it up for about 80 percent of the judges in this country.

He’s in a wheelchair and may be looking for ‘free care.’

I am on the federal penitentiary retire system. When I want to retire I am going to assault an IRS agent... get three squares and a cot... I will hit her twice if I have to.

He’s 40 years old. Twenty years would put him at 60 upon release (if he could keep up enough trouble in the big house to keep him there that long). Thirty years would put him that much closer to his maker, and therefore under free care for the rest of his life — especially if he shives someone in prison to extend that sentace past his mortal window.
