A day after explosive allegations of sexual assault surfaced against Alabama senate candidate Roy Moore, the Republican Partys senate campaign arm has severed financial ties with the embattled former state supreme court justice.
A joint fundraising committee benefitting Moore and a handful of Republican Party organs filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on Friday removing the National Republican Senatorial Committee as one of its beneficiaries. Going forward, the committees fundraising will benefit Moores Senate campaign, the Alabama Republican Party, and the Republican National Committee but not the NRSC.
The NRSCs removal from the account is the most concrete step taken to date to create distance between the national Republican Party and the Moore campaign. Other lawmakers have called on Moore to leave the race. But most have said he should do so only if the accusations are proven true. These condemnations have all come in the aftermath of the Washington Post report detailing how Moore, decades ago, had sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl and propositioned three other female minors. The Post quoted four women on the record and had 30 sources in total. The Moore campaign has denied the charges.
The RNC and the NRSC did not respond to requests for comment.

They don’t care if he’s guilty or innocent, they just want him gone because he’s a threat to their RINO ways.
Just went to his site and donated again...
The eunuchs of the GOPe just can’t wait to get rid of Moore.
WHERE’S THE PROOF???????????
The GOP must be pretty damn sure that Moore is guilty as charged. Because if it turns out he is innocent.....

No, they could care less if he’s innocent. They would rather see a democrat elected rather than a Christian man like Judge Moore get the job.
We’ll see how “explosive” Alabama voters think it is next month. I am of the current opinion it won’t be as much as the media pile-on wishes.
NRSC funded the smear campaign against Chris McDaniels.
Amanda Carpenter’s twitter account was more evidence against Ted Cruz than we have seen against Roy Moore.
Another aspect.....if their shenanigans ever succeeded, they'd have another Lisa Murkowski, who owes them everything. I hope this isn't playing well in Alabama. I'd think the folks down there would be outraged, as this follows all of the hostile actions AG Sessions has endured from the elite.

they could have legally gotten married right up until a couple of decades ago. Probably fake allegations though
“Oh, I cant wait until the Republicans call me for a donation.”
I’m with you, F’em. These morons ticked me off so much so that I sent money to Moore’s campaign. I’ll send money to a candidate but not to the party. No more; I’m done.
All the Facebook and Other SM pages of these so called “ladies” have been taken down.
The main accuser sounds like a trashy piece of work who needed Bezos money. Another one is a RAT activist.
Both of my grandmothers were 14 when they were married. Mary may have been even younger. Common practice.
The vote isn’t to December. Plenty of time to fight this back. Trump provided the best example on how to deal with this shit. You deny and you hit them back hard. If I was Roy Moore I’d just keep saying that the Democrats are projecting. They had Bill Clinton, they had Weiner, they support deviants so the only way they can win in Alabama is by smearing a Christian Conservative so they can get in and vote for higher taxes, to kill the unborn, to put men in women’s bathrooms, etc. Moore will win this race.
uh, the Uniparty doesn’t care because this is unprovable.
McConnell will not seat Roy Moore.
I’m sure the good people of Alabama will see through this nasty ruse and elect Roy Moore in December. We’ll give Jesus a nice birthday present.
Remember Mississippi.
I won’t forget Alabama either!
Screw them, he doesn’t need them.
Moore wins in a landslide, people in Alabama are pissed off at the GOP and will show it by voting for Moore.
