The First Amendment doesn’t excuse the consequences for libel and other crimes. If they bribed women to make what they knew were false charges, then they obviously knew their “report” was a libelous lie. They have no defense.

What I read are accounts of W Post calling and offering $1,000.00 or more for stories with dirt, inviting fabrication. Just like we all knew about this publication’s character and credibility.

Fake News.
