May we add the question of whether the FBI leadership KNEW Hillary/DNC paid Fusion GPS to create the dossier? Seems likely that the FBI was in on the whole plot and advised on how to set up the cut-outs.
I have suspected for a long time that Bill Clinton’s tarmac meeting with Lynch was more about the dossier and dirty tricks campaign than merely about obstructing justice over Hillary’s email crimes.
