Vietnam and Philippines are summits and spouses are not invited.
That's what I was thinking also, because I YouTubed when Obama went to the APEC and Michelle wasn't with him nor did I see other wives. But then I YouTubed Bush and Laura was with him and so were other spouses.
I wonder if they changed it after that.
