The 10th Amendment , indeed the entire Constitution, means nothing to the scum on the left.
There is no delegated power given Congress for even existing gun control laws ... so I politely invite these gun control freaks to perform a geometrically implausible sex act upon themselves.

The problem is that it isn’t Federal Law that’s really at issue today, it’s the plethora of confusing and conflicting state laws. I am the last person to support Federalism, but the Second Amendment is Constitutional Law, which trumps all the state laws it seems to me. The problem we have had is a SCOTUS that acts like a doctor that picks at a life-threatening wound but does nothing to sew it up! The United States needs a Federal Law passed by Congress and signed by the President that preempts every single state gun law and sets the law as the Second Amendment.
You tell them the constitution forbids something and they look at you blankly and say, “I don’t like that.”
