Russian Letter Claims North Korea ‘Prepared To Conduct A Nuclear Strike Against United States’
The Inquisitor ^ | Nov 13 2017 | Paula Money

North Korea is reportedly ready to conduct a strike against the United States, at least according to a newly-released report. The North Korean delegation sent a letter to President Vladimir Putin that warned about conducting a nuclear attack against the U.S. The letter reportedly contained details about North Korea allegedly preparing to strike the U.S., with the letter being received last month by Russian officials.

Reports of the content of the letter were originated by Sputnik News, a Kremlin propaganda tool. The letter was received when President Putin was in Saint Petersburg during the Inter-Parliamentary Union talks. However, with news of an alleged impending attack against the U.S. by North Korea, which allegedly changed the U.S.’s stance against North Korea, talk about surviving a nuclear war is ramping up on social media.

Putin received the letter from upper house speaker Valentina Matviyenko, who had received it from the North Korea delegation. In spite of these reports, Dmitry Peskov, who acts as press secretary to President Putin, noted on Saturday that he was not aware of the letter that contained talk of a strike against the U.S. The disconcerting news comes in the wake of President Donald Trump trading barbs with Kim Jong Un.

The buzz about the letter from North Korea comes on the heels of U.S. aircraft carriers sending clear warnings to North Korea by practicing naval exercises with ships from Japan during four-day-long drills near South Korea. The U.S. sent long-range bombers to the area as North Korean tensions rose, with Trump being called an “old lunatic.”

North Korea has performed intercontinental ballistic missile testing over the past few months — missiles that could potentially travel as far as the U.S. mainland. Guam has been threatened as well. Meanwhile, Trump has tried to increase pressure against North Korea by the international community. Trump told North Korea not to test the U.S.

“ “Do not underestimate us. And do not try us…The weapons you’re acquiring are not making you safer, they are putting your regime in grave danger. Every step you take down this dark path increases the peril you face.”

And it is the Russians who are claiming this? Putin’s mouthpiece?

I hope they do one more underground nuke test in that same mountain in NK... The radiation will reach into China, their enabler, when the mountain collapses.

Any attack by North Korea will be considered as an attack by China upon the United States and the appropriate retaliation will occur.

That may be one of the points conveyed over tea at the recent meeting. But it raises a few thoughts.

- Does China have the requisite degree of control over NK?
- How does China or the US for that matter measure "appropriate"?
- If China believes NK is ready to attack, would it motivate China to join in?
- If the U.S. responds with nuclear weapons, what amount will effectively neutralize China without seriously damaging the world's environment?
- How quickly could the US repair its economy if it were to lose the benefit of having China's goods on its shelves? Or, stated differently, how quickly could the US ramp up production of the day-to-day goods that China now provides?

And it would the last thing the N. Koreans would ever do.

And to all of the FRee traitors who wring their hands over China’s response: the US can wipe NK off of the face of the earth with the push of a button. You want some of that? If you don’t, then STFU!

If North Korea even tries it, unleash the dogs of war on all of them: those who did it, those who helped with design and funding, those who sold them parts and rockets, those who knew and did not stop it. A taste of their own medicine will be appropriate.

- Does China have the requisite degree of control over NK?
    Every one would like to think China does, but the better question would be which PLA faction would lose face and money if NK is bought low by Xi jimping;

- How does China or the US for that matter measure "appropriate"?
    "appropriate" a political question with a political answer. Meaningless;

- If China believes NK is ready to attack, would it motivate China to join in?
    The very idea that fallout could reach its NW provinces would be sufficient for China to join in against NK.

- If the U.S. responds with nuclear weapons, what amount will effectively neutralize China without seriously damaging the world's environment?
    World's environment? Really! At that point no one cares about "the world's environment" - its win or die;

- How quickly could the US repair its economy if it were to lose the benefit of having China's goods on its shelves? Or, stated differently, how quickly could the US ramp up production of the day-to-day goods that China now provides?
    After a nuclear exchange between China and the US it would likely take nearly 100 years to recover for both countries - everything modern would be fried including turbines to generate power (current 2 year backlog in Sweden where they are made). It would be a matter of how fast the turbines could be cranked out - maybe 20 a year if everything went well. As for dealing with radioactive craters, fallout, mass graves, plague, starvation, and exposure, there would be a lead time training new workers if any could be found among the living.

Don’t know and don’t care.

One for one to China.

North Korea becomes glass so that China can never take it.

While I understand that line of reasoning to a degree, we are not going to invite China to use it’s extended arsenal against us.

We will simply send Kim and his nation back twenty years, to the stone age.

Let’s say Jeff Dunham comes to your house and his puppet Peanut shoots your kid.

Do you shoot the puppet or the puppeteer?

Not that Jeff Dunham would ever do that.

Yep. The Kennedy Doctrine, as announced during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Bomb them already! Here’s a plan: spy on them and determine when they’ll have their next nuclear bomb test in that mountain complex. Meanwhile, sneak in a nuke of our own to those mountains. Rig it so that any tampering will detonate it, so it can’t be captured. When then Norks detonate their test, have our nuke explode. It will collapse the mountain complex, kill all the Nork scientists and staff including high officials attending. The resultant atomic contamination will spread throughout North Korea and into China. All can be blamed on the Norks and their test.
