The response to the black congresscritter's question regarding the difference between how the JD handles the opiod crisis today versus the crack epidemic of the past should have been laid bare before him.

Because congressman, part of the opiod problem is that they are legally obtained by prescription.

There aren't black gangs and hispanic gangs killing 90 year old black grandmothers and 4 and 5 year old hispanic children in shootings in order to control the distribution of crack on certain blocks in certain neighborhoods.

Ask your constituents if they remember what the term "drive-by shooting" meant. That's why.

As for the number of black/minority judges or senior black/minority JD staff members appointed in the administration... well.. give us a boatload of conservative black/minority lawyers and Trump’ll make them judges and senior staff.
