The FBI agents have full documents outlining the Hitlery’s her crimes. Comey even went on TV and announced what those crimes are, yet, no indictment.
As a lawyer of over 27 years, Jeff Sessions is one of the worst witnesses I have ever seen. He hems, haws, hedges, stutters and generally cannot bring himself to make a single, firm statement in response to a question.
I NEVER “coached” a witness as to what their testimony is or should be. But a witness can and should always be prepared to make firm, clear, unhesitating answers to all questions. Even if the answer is “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember”, just SAY IT!! Don’t go, “well, I think, I believe, uh-er, it is, to the best of my recollection, as far as the question was asked the way you asked it...I’m not sure I remember if I know the answer”. Such an answer sounds like a lie.
