There will be a lot of vets who won’t get their treatment, appointments, due to the bill. Vets are suffering with ptsd among other illnesses and they smoke as a nervous outlet. I have never smoked but I would never take it away from people who served our country.
How about a bill prohibiting the military from wasting money on sex change operations and therapy?
