Overturning the regulation means less regulation, not more.

No content provider is at risk of losing access to the internet, that would be illegal on another level.

The key here is now content providers will be able to purchase “quality of service” access for a higher rate. Netflix and AT&T will be able to ensure perfect delivery of their voice and video content.

Whereas Google and others wanted every bit to be treated the same. Something they don’t even do on their own internal corporate networks.
