A Japanese tug boat lost propulsion and drifted into a U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer during a towing exercise Saturday, the Navy said.

Out of all the collisions they've been having, this one sounds like the most acceptable one yet. Still not good, but the least at-fault one.
