The Rodriguez Memorandum and Resignation letter were not made public until 2009, and not widely publicized until early 2016. Therefore, they were not available to me in my FOIA lawsuit that ended in 2004. However, the Government lawyers probably knew about their contents during my lawsuit, and continued to argue before federal judges that there was no evidence of Government negligence or other wrongdoing. The “traditional” media organizations have never reported on the Rodriguez Memorandum and Resignation letter.

If this case had been properly investigated 24 years ago, would we have the swamp we have today?

If this case was properly investigated today, how long would the swamp last?

It is sad that no other media organization will take this story as seriously as Joe Farah of WND takes it.

I should add that Thomas Lifson at American Thinker has taken this story seriously. AT published my article about this case in early 2016 when I learned about the Rodriguez documents.
