I lived in Hollywood for the past 3 years, moved to AZ in May. I paid $2700.00 month-directly across from Capitol Records.
90% of homeless are a bunch of drunk addicts.
There are shelters with rules-no drugs, no drinking period.
They choose this lifestyle and the city allows it to happen.

It’s so disgusting that they power wash Hollywood blvd every morning to wash the urine smell so the tourists don’t gag!

The stories I could tell.
CA is lost, LA is a wasteland.

When I left LA over 30 years ago it was starting to become derelict-infested, even in some of the wealthier areas.

I live now in NYC. The homeless are everywhere -- on the streets, subway trains, etc. Most of them are, as you said, drunks, druggies. I think they would be better served in an institution, but no-o-o-o, that's not PC.
