Excellent summary. Flynn may have just been uninformed or sloppy. Manafort has no excuse for reporting violations. He’s been in the business way to long to plead ignorance.
Flynn took Turkish money and failed to inform he is being paid by them. Dirty money! He is certainly not clean.
