Somehow I doubt that Christians did this, but there will be a general narrative to blame them for it.
Muslims are commanded to kill those who only pretend to be Muslim, and promised perks in heaven for doing so by their insane false ptophet. The result has been 14 centuries of uninterupted blood shed between denominations that dont condider each other real Muslims.
