According to a search of 24.1 billion images using TinyEye reverse image lookup, the image appears in only two places: Sarah Sander's Twitter feed and Hank Gillette's Twitter feed...seemingly the guy who first accused her of the fakery. Sorry April and Hank. You're both wrong.

The leftist morons are saying the image came from “NPR” because the URL has “npr” at the start.

I did some looking on Twitter....all the media links there start with “NPR”.
