No, it wasn’t reckless. It was a calculated move to avoid public disclosure of her crime syndicate.
The emails were copied and then altered to remove classified markings. Then they could be copied and moved to a separate system under her control.

It was a deliberate 6 or 7 step process. I saw a fantastic video about it here before the election. I’ll look for it.
