Also never drink water from plastic bottles that have been sitting in the sun. Sunlight reacts with the plastic and releases even more bph.

All aluminum cans are coated on the inside. Most beverages would eat right through the aluminum if not coated. You get no aluminum from the can.
Also, never drink soda:)
