The URL at the top of the thread reads as such: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0946672X17308763, but it takes the reader to a different URL.
That's what the fellow FReeper's fake URL comment was about.

Ah thanks. The posted URL is to the Actual White paper the article is at medium.com sorry if the URL caused any confusion. I don’t post that much.
