Vaccines, like Dresden, are a nasty lose-lose FR discussion topic.

FR discussions should be about one thing. FREEDOM!

If you feel that vaccines are beneficial and worth the risk, then by all means, go and get them. But using the Big Stick of Government to force other people to put undesired substances into their bodies is as tyrannical as it gets.

Yes, they should and generally are, but there are a few topics here, like vaccines and Dresden, and to a certain extent circumcision and breast-feeding (my moonbat sister used to go to what I call “breast-outs”), that bring out the heated, divisive, and condescending posts in a hurry.

For the record, I’m vaccinated and kids are, too, but I’m very distrusting of ANY new “news”.

They should be about FREEDOM, but unfortunately, there are many FReepers who are for "big government republicanism" and think that it is somehow the same as "freedom".
