Only one question matters, which might lead to a second question.
Had the illegal alien NOT been in San Fransicko on that day, would he have been able to shoot and kill Miss Steinley? Or do you (this idiotic WaPo writer,) think that she still would have been shot and killed by someone else at that same date and time?
