Crisis? What crisis? If there is any, the UN is doing a piss-poor job of working it. Sending poor, illiterate people to foreign lands with different languages and different cultures is a recipe for disaster (the bad side of me likes to think the UN knows this...).

Why isn't the UN working on the problems of why these people are leaving so they can stay in their birth nation (if they're not just being deported/forced out)?

Don't you think it's a little strange that the UN wants to settle migrants in the U.S. when I, as an American, would have a hard, if not impossible, time emigrating to... say... Australia?
