Build the wall five miles south of the current border. That will help.
It would be a real shame if a large barge filled with our untreated sewage suddenly sprung a big leak in the current leading to Mexico’s five-star tourist beaches.
Why stop at 5? How about 50? Or 100? Maybe at the Panama Canal?
