Perhaps we should stop Trading with Countries who do not allow Freedom. How many would be on the List

You mean like China?

They are a much bigger challenge than Vietnam.

Both are communist. China, and Vietnam.

One has a billion people, is running a massive trade surplus against America, shuts out American competition while doing so, and is aggressively challenging America in nuclear weapons and military matters.

The other, fought a war against us 50 years ago. Won that, and hasn’t really bothered us since.

About anything.

And to tell the truth, sort of like America, from what I’ve seen.

For real.
