LOL well we traded up after living somewhere else. Equity was not a gift from the taxpayers. LOL. We are 9 blocks from the beach but on top of a hill on the fourth floor of a condo building. Our building is one of the lowest priced wlithgreat view west of I-r. We’re her 15 years so got in at the lowest price. That’s my story and sticking to it.
