It’s extremely obvious that it’s written in a different color ink, starting with the last name “Moore....” Of course they can get someone to say it’s consistent with Moore’s signature, she appears to have copied it straight off his signature on her divorce papers, including the mistaken copying of his assistant’s initials.

Even if true, how would that alone prove Moore did something wrong?

I hadn’t looked closely at what was original and what was added.

It was signed “Roy”. The Moore, D.A., was added in different colored ink to make it look like “Roy Moore” signed, not just any “Roy.”

That’s pretty thin.

I would love to know when the forgery was added, and that can be determined through chemical analysis if these liars will hand over the yearbook. If old, she must not have known him well to think she needed to clarify who “Ray” or “Roy” was for her own memory. If recent, it sounds like fraud was the intent.

In any case, an innocuous note in a yearbook is in no way evidence of improper conduct. It isn’t just legal proof of whatever she claims, it’s contrary evidence. If he was doing something nefarious he would want no written record. Similarly, if she found him creepy/inappropriate, would she ask for a personal note and then do nothing with it for 40 years except add to his note to clarify who he was?

Who purposely tries to ruin people’s lives, Gloria, especially with falsified evidence?

Who does that?

When your meager credibility is crumbling and you want to finish yourself off—do a presser with Gloria Allred.

“I think she’s in danger and she knows it,” she said. “There are people who feel very comfortable saying things like ‘she should be stoned in the town square’ and sending a photo of a casket. Who does that?”/

I've heard a adage that goes like this: If the evidence is in your favor, pound the evidence. If the evidence is not in your favor, pound the table. I think they are pounding the table.

I find the following interesting:

Beverly Nelson was a sophomore at Southside High School in Gadsden, Alabama in 1977.

Classmates.com allows you to search for a school - go ahead:

Select 'Alabama'

Select 'G" as the first letter of the city

Select 'Gadsden'

Select 'S' as the first letter of the school

Select ANY OTHER school besides 'Southside' and see the search page

Select 'Southside' and see NOTHING...blank...nada...zilch

Now go to the Wayback Machine to see what the page looked like on Sep. 4 of this year:
https://web.archive.org/web/20170904091521/http://www.classmates.com/places/school/Southside-High-School/17590

The search page for Southside was just fine back then.

Hmmmm......

I have been wondering- why would anyone say "Merry Christmas" in a yearbook? Yearbooks come out at the end of the school year- in May or June. I have a lot of yearbooks and not one of them is signed "Merry Christmas"... Just seems really out of place (regardless of who wrote it).

So now these bytches are going into CYA mode. Nelson, to try to avoid civil and/or criminal liability. Allred, the same as well as salvaging any shred of credibility she has left, as well as trying to avoid any disciplinary action or disbarment proceedings. That’s whatchya get when you hire an incompetent shyster like Gloria Allred. Become your own lawyer and you’ll have a fool for a client. Hire Gloria Allred and you’ll have a DAMN fool for a client. What’s the difference between Gloria Allred and a rooster? The rooster clucks defiant.....
