They leave the schools once they get here and disappear. The universities refuse to cooperate with ICE and don't report who no longer attends the school. I see a pathway here...tax "endowments" heavily, to make up for tax-cuts elsewhere, moratorium on student visas, prohibit them from making political contributions, government enforcement on student 1st Amendment Rights, bring in the National Guard if needed.
