Where’s the tax credit for those of us who don’t have children

Should have been lower taxes for most everyone. But there isn't. Retirees who previously itemized (usually from medical expenses over the AGI threshold and property taxes) will likely see a higher federal tax bill. That's a voter group you really don't want to piss off before the 2020 elections.
