To not have dealt with the behavior at the time is just the strategy of cowardice, striking from behind out of a protected nichewith a force far more poisonous than the original affront.
And to accept and approve such bitterness is yet more fertilizer for deviancy.
IMHO.
No one is "safe" in such a community of forced "righteousness."
Presuming no criminality, and a clear change in behavior, I wouldn't disagree.
