Ok gotcha...been hearing the same thing about Tangiers for a couple of years now. If it was suffering the effects of sea level rise, as the left claims it would have been swamped a year ago.

Have you heard of the new 'island' (probably just a sand bar) that's appeared off Ocracoke on the outer banks? Funny how the sea level can rise and islands pop up at the same time.
