Pastor Jeff Durbin is no stranger to confrontation. He and his team at EndAbortionNow frequently take to the streets and stand out in front of Planned Parenthood locations, encouraging women who enter not to abort their unborn babies.
During a recent such stand in Tempe, Arizona, he half expected to be hassled by police officers since it has happened to his team at this particular location before. So, Durbin came armed with printed copies of the city code, along with a supreme court ruling proving that what he was doing was within the boundaries of the law.
It wasn’t long after Durbin, the preaching pastor at Tempe’s Apologia Church, began preaching the gospel of Christ outside the Planned Parenthood clinic that he was approached by an officer who was allegedly responding to a “complaint” registered by a local. Advertisement
During the exchange, Durbin firmly yet politely shows the officer the city code and other legal writings on the subject demonstrating he was acting within his legal rights.

I knew it would go from bad to worse when the lazy, self-righteous supervisor showed up. I recommend next time they enlist the help of a cadre of Oath Keepers.

Police are government employees, many are members of unions, and so serve the state and their own interest.
Arizona Law Enforcement are not having a good week...
File a formal complaint with the Feds for violations of 18USC242, violations of Civil Rights under False Color of Authority.
File complaints with any local authorities for the same State crime.
File complaints with the local Internal Affairs folks at the local PD.
Show up at City Council meetings with all the documentation.
Make noise. Make them miserable.
Sue them personally. Strip the officers involved of their Indemnity.

As the officer begins to run out of ideas, Durbin continued: “The problem is, we have freedom of speech rights. Somebody saying you are disturbing my peace because I don’t like your message or I can hear it isn’t a valid reason to undo the constitution of the United States that says I have freedom of speech.”
The video freezes around 1-2 minutes in and displays a message that it cannot be played . . .

Here’s a real Christian solder, being assaulted by local police (both street thug and then his supervisor), and responding with the law, truth and strength for a win. THAT is what will save America.

Totally agree. Use every pertinent law against them, make it cost them. Use Rules for Radicals right back in their stupid faces for mass consumption. Make the public laugh at them. Win.
..reminded me of me of the incident in Southern CA at the DMV where a CHP officer arrested two men for reading the Bible aloud in the parking lot. Civil suit against him is still going on—btw I have LEOs in my family...
WOW, the pastor is turning the lib’s laws against them. Arizona made it unlawful to ask a person for their ID unless they were suspected of committing a crime to protect the illegal aliens from getting caught and deported.
The pastor explained to the officer that it was illegal to ask him his name unless he was being charged with a crime.
Interesting use of the lib’s laws!
