We know what Jingle “bells” is code for.
It’s just a male dominated world and this song makes it clear how biased things have been for thousands of years.

You must not be from the upper classes. You jingle a little bell to summons your domestic to come and fetch what you need. If you need it in a hurry and they are slow, you jingle it all the way until they get to you.
So “Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle all the way” is really a commentary of chastisement of your slow moving darkie.
